Ki-Adi-Mundi displayed significant Force sensitivity, drawing the interest of the Jedi Order. Although they hesitated to recruit from Cerea because of the planet's aversion to external meddling, the Jedi acknowledged the boy's abilities and took him to Coruscant for training.
After recognizing Ki-Adi-Mundi’s strategic thinking, Yoda selected him as a padawan. Under Yoda, he completed his Jedi training and became a Jedi Master. His wisdom, experience, and calm behavior made him a good addition to the Jedi High Council.
Lightsaber and Combat Style

As the Clone Wars began, Ki-Adi-Mundi thought the Jedi should not become generals in the galactic war. However, he realized it was necessary to fight for the Republic to maintain peace in the galaxy.

Ki-Adi-Mundi’s life came to a tragic end during Order 66 when his clone troopers turned against him. They fired at him. Despite having brilliant reflexes and defensive techniques, Ki-Adi-Mundi was struck down. His own soldiers killed him, ending his journey then and there.
