SHIPPING

Processing Time:

Please allow 4-5 days for order processing during the Sale Season.

We try our best to deliver the orders within 10 working days of order placement. As this is an electronic product, we thoroughly test the saber under certain conditions/circumstances to ensure all functionalities are working perfectly.

Delivery:

Most of the orders are delivered within a week.

RGB lightsabers: Delivery time is 5 days

Premium Xenopixel V3/Proffie/GHV3 and their RGB Variant: Delivery time is 10-15 days.

Some Order Delays may be expected due to Sale Season.

In case the product is not delivered and the tracking states “Delivered”, please check your nearest post office as they hold the delivery or they may have dropped the parcel at your door.

Please note that due to COVID, there are restrictions in some states and countries. Shipments may delay from 1-2 weeks depending on the pandemic situation. We however will make sure all customers receive their orders with complete satisfaction.

Shipping Cost:

For a limited time, we're offering FREE SHIPPING on orders above +$99 during the sale season. (USA Only)

Customs Clearance:

For international parcels, the customs charges have to be borne by customers.

If the customers fail to contact customs for clearance within the specified time, the return fee of the package has to be borne by the customers and will pay for the reissue or will be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is destroyed, the loss has to be borne by the customer for not clearing the package on time. Either case 50% of total amount will be deducted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do not send your purchases back to the label shown in the shipping package, please contact support at support@neosabers.com for the return address

Returning an Item: To get refund, you need to return the item and email the return receipt at support@neosabers.com. Once the parcel is being received, you’ll get complete refund within next 24 hours.

Defective or Broken Product: We stand by our product. If you receive a defective or broken product, send us an email with a clear photo and video of the product within 30 days of receiving, we will initiate the replacement of required parts immediately. In case, the customer is not willing to get the replacement parts, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Product: We will take complete responsibility for the incorrect orders. We will pay for the return shipping and will issue complete refund or resend the order with the correct product.

There are some situations where refunds are only partially refunded with the return of the item (if possible). Item is not in original condition, it is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Product Never Arrived: If your order has not arrived within the mentioned time, and tracking does not work or if tracking is stuck at the same state for more than 10 days, send us an email at support@neosabers.com, we will make sure the order arrives at your doorstep.

Customer Dislikes the Product or want to replace: If the customer dislikes or wants to replace the product, they can return the product within 30 days. The product must be in its original condition, the customer will pay the return shipping and a standard order processing fee of $20.

In case of refund, the customer can choose between a refund or store credit. Shipping cost and credit card/PayPal fee will be deducted from the issued refund.

We proceed refunds in 36 hours after confirmation with the customer over the email. Refunds may take 5-15 days to appear in your bank account. PayPal and credit/debit card fee is not refundable. If you do not receive the amount within 15 days, please contact your bank and send us an email so we can recheck the process.
