The Star Wars saga is richly intertwined with connections and bloodlines. In its vast galaxy, no relationship is as full of unexpressed suffering and unfulfilled promise as that of Anakin Skywalker and his daughter, Leia Organa. Vader discovered during his lightsaber duel with Luke on Bespin that Luke was his son.
